The service we provide you is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Your use of this site is on the condition of your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservation

Make a reservation for your Chengdu Trip / China Tours: Browse through our website and select the tour or travel service that you are interested in, such as Chengdu city tours, Chengdu panda tours, Leshan Giant Buddha Tour, Mount Emei Tour, Southwest China Package Tours, car rental service, etc. Please click "Inquiry" and submit us the details like date, number of people (adult, child). Your tour request will be replied with details by our experienced travel consultants within one working day. If you enquire about a tailor-made tour package, our consultant will send you the designed itinerary with price within one or two working days.

Confirmation: After you confirm your reservation and way of payment, you will receive a formal confirmation email from Chengdu Wonder Tours.

Deposit: 10-30% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation. Details will be found in your confirmation email.

2. Payment

Wire Transfer: We accept USD/EUR/RMB payment through wire transfer. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Pay in Cash Upon Arrival: For some tours with small amounts without any requirement of deposit, you can pay the tour fee in cash upon arrival to our tour guide. For the balance of your tour payment, you can also choose to pay in cash upon arrival.

Pay by PayPal: Our PayPal account: [email protected]. Commission to PayPal: Total Payment x 4.4% + $0.03 USD. After the transfer, please inform us by email that you have finished sending the money to our account.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be done through fax, mail, phone calls, or verbally. The cancellation must be made at least two working days before departure.

50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation less than 2 working days before the service.
No-show will be charged fully.

4. Tour Price

The prices on our Chengdu Wonder Tours website are "FROM" prices, which means more people equals cheaper price per person. All tour prices are quoted in RMB. We keep the rights to revise prices from time to time. But once your reservation is confirmed, the price cannot be changed.

At similar prices that you would pay for a join-in China package tour in your home country (i.e. large tour group, fixed departure, pre-arranged tour plan), you can enjoy a private tour with Chengdu Wonder Tours, offering much better tour flexibility, quality experience, and personal care based on a customized tour plan.

Invite Your Family and Friends to Save More

Based on the same tour plan, our per-person prices are quoted differently for 1 person, 2-5 people, 6-9 people, and 10+ people traveling together. The more people sharing, the lower the per-person cost. In this sense, it is always a good idea to take your family or invite your friends to join your tour.
